After waiting for what feels like forever, The Orchard Town Center in Westminster had it's Grand Opening this week. Visited last night (Friday) for the first time.
What a nice mall. If you're from out of town - you'd have no clue it's even there. Driving by, one would think that there's only a JCP, Macys and the Super Target.
Some new restaurants *YAY* *YAY* *YAY*. There is the Rock Bottom, Happy Sumo, Mexican Cantina, Mimi's, Red Robin, Starbucks, (and some grill place - the info isn't posted on their website yet - but I walked by it and it was open !!!)
Nice open air concept. Oh and the threatres! Didn't get a chance to get inside, but the main entrance was amazing. I'm certain the inside is just as nice.
A great little place to have dinner, walk around and of course - shop.
There is a 'jumping fountain' as well as a jungle gym (a chopped up apple) for the little ones.
Plently of parking. You can park in front of certain stores but note: I saw meters !!! If you don't want to pay, park in the big lots.
Here's their website

Go and have fun !!!

Rock Bottom was awesome as usual, despite an hour and a half wait. Seems to be the norm at area eateries on a friday night.
